Many materials from a home can be salvaged during deconstruction and donated for reuse.  In order for you to claim a donation value, they must be in good reusable condition.  Your charity will let you know what they will accept.  Below are some of the items we commonly see salvaged for reuse:

• Cabinetry and Woodwork, including Stair Systems, Trim Work, Mantels, Bookshelves, Closet Organizers, etc.
  
• Hardwood Flooring and Carpeting
  
• Windows and Doors with Jambs and Hardware
  
• Plumbing - Sinks, Toilets, Faucets, Tubs, Shower Doors, Garbage Disposals, etc.
  
• Mechanical - Water Heaters, A/C Condensers and Furnaces, Vacuum Systems, etc.
  
• Window Treatments
  
• Garage Doors and Openers
  
• Pool Equipment - Pumps, Filters, Heaters, Solar Panels
